How to Schedule a Sick Visit
Please call (503) 690-8195 to schedule a same-day appointment. Walk-in visits are not encouraged and may not be possible. If you suspect your child has a highly contagious illness such as COVID-19, let us know when you call and we will give you instructions for entering the clinic safely. Sick visit appointments are typically shorter than well-child checks, so we can see more children who need care the same day.
Call Us Before Going to Urgent Care
During office hours, please call us before heading to urgent care or the emergency department for non-life-threatening concerns. Seeing your own pediatrician means consistent care, accurate records, and follow-up from a physician who knows your child. If your child is seen elsewhere, please let us know so we can update their chart.
After-Hours Help
When our office is closed, our answering service will connect you with the doctor on call or an experienced pediatric nurse. Call 911 for emergencies such as trouble breathing, a seizure, severe injury, or if your child is very hard to wake.
Keeping Everyone Healthy
Patients and family members over the age of 2 with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or runny nose are required to wear a mask in our office. Keeping up with seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccines is one of the best ways to reduce sick days. Learn more about becoming a patient or view our accepted insurance.
