Do you accept all plans from these insurance companies?
Not necessarily. Many insurers offer multiple plan options, such as HMO, PPO, EPO, marketplace, or employer-specific plans, and our participation with a carrier does not guarantee participation with every plan.

Do you accept the Oregon Health Plan?
Yes. We accept CareOregon, Columbia Pacific CCO, and OHSU OHP, as well as Medicaid Open Card Insurance.

Only if your Kaiser plan allows you to see providers outside of Kaiser. Please check with Kaiser before scheduling.
Do I need a referral to see a pediatrician at your office?
